"Stella" Cooper

• "Stella" Cooper was started by Joel Spitsnaugle and purchased and completed by Frank Schwartz in July 2021.  Originally affectionately named "Marshmallow", the car received a livery inspired by the Frank Stella BMW Art Car for the 2021 Indianapolis Runoffs.  The car features almost 1/2 mile of hand-applied pinstriping.  Still under development the car has had a stellar finished record even though the expected final speed is still being cultivated.
